Audience: User
A successful Agent edit that lands on a page is saved as a page revision. You can restore an earlier version anytime from Versions. Named drafts under Versions stay private until you publish.
Apply and Discard appear when you Stop a run that already staged changes (or when a run leaves staged work without committing a revision). Apply brings that work into your working copy next to your hand edits; Discard throws it away. You then Save as you always do — Save is when teammates see the working copy.
| Role | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Author | Finish a run safely |
| Teammate | Know Apply is still private until Save |
Stop ends the run early. Apply / Discard appear only when there is staged work that was not already saved as a revision.

A few kinds of step — such as installing a plugin or publishing — run when you Save. The report marks them runs on save.
Each person has one pending run per project at a time. Your next request waits until you Apply or Discard. A teammate’s pending run does not block yours.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Checked and working | Done and looks good |
| Done with problems listed | Finished; read the listed issues |
| Could not be checked | Finished; checking was not possible |
| Already so | Nothing to change |
| Stopped and why | Halted; read the reason |
| Not run | Skipped because an earlier step stopped or was not allowed |
After making the change, the assistant opens each page it touched — with your data and with no data — finds what breaks, and fixes it. Anything it could not fix is listed on the step. You can stop the checking at any time. Fixes it made on its own are listed as their own lines on the report.
