Audience: Admin
The setup wizard runs once on a fresh LokAkrt install (route /setup) before normal login. It creates the database connection, the first Admin user, and website URLs.
Stepper labels in the UI: Token → Database → Admin setup → Website → Finish.

Administration token)Warning
Treat the administration token as secret. Restarting the API rotates it. See Super-user login for the same token used as break-glass recovery later.
Open /setup when the install has not been completed. After finish, use the normal login screen.

Configure the public base URL, marketplace, and AI server.

These can be adjusted later under Settings.
Review the summary and complete setup. Sign in with the Admin email and password you created.
Expected result: Setup is complete; /setup is no longer the entry path for normal use.
If you lose Admin access later, use Super-user login.
