Table shipping rates (lkt-table-shipping) is a shipping plugin that quotes rates from a JSON rate table (destination and weight bands). Shipping label: Table shipping.

Plugins → All → Table shipping rates → settings (primary path for credentials / rate table).

Save settings. Then under Fashion Store → Settings, include the method under Shipping methods. Clear all shipping methods to charge merchandise only (per app settings help).
Empty / disabled: If the plugin is disabled or not listed under Shipping methods, checkout will not offer table rates.
