Audience: Admin
Plugins extend a project with payments, shipping, promo, auth, tools, and installable apps (for example Fashion Store or Crypto One). Use Plugins → All to manage what is enabled on the selected project, and Plugins → Store to get packs onto the server and install them.
Apps and plugins are packs from the marketplace. Apps usually add a branded side-menu group with Settings (the CMS currently shows Settings-only; payment credentials live under Plugins). Plugins add capabilities those apps or the workspace consume.

The Plugins side-menu group appears when you can manage the selected project (owner or Admin).

Expected result after Enable: The plugin appears under Enabled; app packs may add a side-menu group.
Expected result after Disable: The plugin moves to Disabled; settings are preserved.
Expected result after Uninstall: The project binding is removed (confirm dialog). Optional cleanup of pages / datasets / media may be offered for apps — follow the dialog labels.
