Audience: User
A block is a reusable section you design once and place on many pages — headers, footers, marketing bands, sign-in panels, and similar patterns.
You create blocks from the page builder (there is no separate “Add Block” menu). After that, manage them under Blocks in the side menu.
Business value: Faster authoring, stronger brand consistency, fewer copy-paste mistakes.
| Role | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Content author | Insert existing blocks into pages |
| Project lead | Define shared headers and footers |
| Designer / power user | Maintain the block library |
Blocks (side menu) — list, rename, edit, or delete blocks
Open a block to edit it in the builder. Blocks use direct save (no draft / publish workflow).

App Header or Promo Banner).Expected result: The block appears under Blocks.
Tip: Name blocks by role, not by page (“Global Header” beats “Home Header Copy 2”).
Note
If the Blocks list is empty, the UI hints: select an element and choose Create reusable block.
Expected result: The page shows the shared section.
Expected result: Dependent pages show the updated block after their normal preview/publish cycle.
Warning
Changing a widely used header or footer can affect many screens at once. Preview critical pages before publishing those pages again.
